How we use it

We use this information to follow up on your assessment request, schedule and confirm appointments, answer questions, process orders, and — only if you opt in — send you marketing messages about E-Biotic Home. Your information is stored in our customer relationship management system for these purposes.

SMS / text messaging

If you check either consent box on our quiz, you agree to receive text messages from E-Biotic Home at the phone number you provide: transactional messages (appointment reminders, assessment or order updates) and/or marketing messages, depending on which box(es) you checked. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Neither checkbox is required to submit the quiz or use our site, and consent to receive marketing messages is never a condition of purchase.

We do not sell or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your mobile information is shared only with subprocessors we use to deliver the messages themselves (our CRM and SMS/text messaging platform), and only as needed to send you the messages you agreed to receive. It is never shared with anyone else for any other purpose.

Sharing

We share your information with our own CRM, scheduling, and payment providers strictly to run our business and deliver the service you requested. We do not sell your personal information.

Data security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect the information you share with us.
