The service

E-Biotic Home is a whole-home probiotic air and surface care product installed into an existing HVAC/AC system by trained technicians. Information on this site, including the results of our home assessment quiz, is general in nature and not a guarantee of results for any specific home.

Certifications and claims

EPA registration under FIFRA (Reg. No. 94339-1) is not an EPA endorsement or recommendation of this product. No statement on this site is a claim to treat, cure, or prevent any illness, allergy, or asthma condition.

Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, request an assessment, purchase our product, or opt in to our text message program. By submitting a form on this site or checking an SMS consent box, you confirm that you are 18 or older and are the owner or authorized user of the phone number you provide. We do not knowingly collect information from, or send text messages to, anyone under 18.

Text messaging program

By checking a consent box on our quiz or our text message opt-in form, you agree to receive text messages from E-Biotic Home at the number you provide, as described on the form and in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive marketing messages is never a condition of purchasing our product or service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Scheduling and purchases

A free in-home assessment does not obligate you to purchase. Any product order is subject to the pricing, refill terms, and cancellation terms presented to you at the time of purchase.
